Vi i Piratpartiet pratar gärna om deltagande och tillgänglighet. Vi argumenterar hårt för att alla ska ha möjlighet att delta i det demokratiska samtalet, kunna påverka politiken och tillgänglighet – inte minst på information.
I sann nybyggaranda har vi utvecklat vår demokratisk plattform som låter oss diskutera, delta och rösta i medlemsmöten på Internet och slår oss på bröstet för att vi inkluderar. Så långt är allt bra. Men inte tillräckligt.

Jag vet inte om det är är hela sanningen, men det var även deras svar på varför kvinnor inte röstar på Piratpartiet. Är det vår brist på mänskligt djup i vår sakpolitik som skrämmer bort kvinnorna från Piratpartiet? Det är något vi måste ta på allvar i så fall. Måste vi bredda oss på ett mänskligare, mer jordnära sätt för att nå ut till kvinnorna?
Samtalet med planka.nu fick mig i alla fall att resonera över min egen syn på delaktighet, tillgänglighet och inkluderande. Jag behöver ta på mycket större allvar vad tillgänglighet och delaktighet innebär för människor som rör sig även utanför Internet.
